Your leadership team has a hidden execution problem.

When relationships aren't strong enough to move fast, transitions become crises. I help leadership teams fix this through a structured program that combines group sessions with individual coaching so that relationships of trust become your competitive advantage.

Does this sound familiar?

Your team went through a restructure, you brought in new leadership, the company grew faster than the culture could keep up, or some other big change happened. Whatever the trigger, something shifted, and now execution feels harder than it should.

Decisions that could take one conversation take three meetings. People are cautious instead of candid. The team is technically functional but not truly aligned to the organization’s core values and vision. Even if you can’t quite name it, you sense real tension.

I’ve discovered that the root cause of these issues is almost always the same: the relationships between your people aren't strong enough to move fast. And that lack of speed is frustrating (and expensive).

This is fixable. But it requires more than a one-day workshop. Real change happens when group learning is combined with individual coaching so that knowledge acquired in the room actually gets implemented in the day-to-day work.

This is exactly what I do.

How it Works

The Simmons Leadership Development Program is a structured engagement for leadership teams navigating transition. It combines two complementary approaches:

Group Sessions: The full leadership team meets in person for structured monthly workshops to develop shared language, surface unspoken tension, work through realistic scenarios, and strengthen the relational foundation that makes fast execution sustainable. These sessions are experiential, not lecture-based.

Individual Coaching: Between group sessions each leader receives 1:1 coaching to synthesize and solidify learning, work through personal obstacles, and stay accountable to the changes they've committed to making. This is where group learning becomes individual behavior change.

The combination is intentional. Group sessions alone produce good conversations and excitement that quickly fades. Individual coaching alone produces personal growth with limited broader impact. Together, they produce organizational change that actually sticks.

Engagements typically run in 3 or 6 month formats, customized to the size and needs of your team.
